Mufti Qaiser Farooq Shot Dead: Mufti Qaiser Farooq, considered closest to Hafiz Saeed, the most wanted terrorist of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, was shot dead by unknown assailants in Karachi. Qaiser Farooq was one of the founding members of LeT and was a close associate of Hafiz Saeed.
Pakistan’s Dawn newspaper, quoting police sources, has reported that 30-year-old Qaiser Farooq was shot near a religious institute in Samanabad area on Saturday. A video of this shootout is also going viral on social media, which is being claimed to be the CCTV footage of the murder of Qaiser Farooq, the most wanted terrorist of terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
However, ABP News does not confirm this viral video. It can be seen in the viral video that as soon as the bullet is fired, other people run to hide, while the person who is shot falls down. The person who was shot is claimed to be a most wanted terrorist named Qaiser Farooq.
