Israel Palestine War: Since the Hamas attack, Israel’s only objective is revenge. And revenge will be complete only when Hamas is destroyed. Hamas will be destroyed only when Israel takes over the Gaza Strip occupied by Hamas, but Israel has occupied this Gaza Strip before also.

Even before, Israel has established its own settlements in the Gaza Strip. Then what happened suddenly that Israel gave up its claim on the Gaza Strip and now that it has realized its mistake, it is again shedding so much blood to capture the same Gaza Strip that the whole world is burning with the fire of this war. Today we will talk about this issue.

Six Day War changed the map of the world
Since its formation, Israel had to face attacks from Arab countries. After fighting many wars, in 1967, Israel fought another war with the Arab countries and that war was decisive, which changed the map of the world. This war is called the Six Day War or June War, after the end of which Israel won the Gaza Strip and the Sinai Peninsula occupied by Egypt, the West Bank and Jerusalem from Jordan and the Golan Heights from Syria.

In simple words, Israel had captured Gaza in 1967 itself. Now Gaza Strip was ruled by Israel, but the people there were from Palestine only, who were ruled by Egypt before this war, so Israel was facing difficulties in running its rule in this Gaza Strip.

Egypt came to the agreement table
Meanwhile, the Arab League made another attempt to defeat Israel, so that the loss suffered in 1967 could be compensated. Israel did not suffer any significant loss in this war of 1973, but like every time, this time also the Arab countries had to suffer. The biggest loss was suffered by Egypt, from which Israel had earlier also snatched the Gaza Strip.

After the end of the war, Egypt realized that fighting with Israel again and again would bring no benefit to it, but only harm. Israel also understood that it may capture the land of Arab countries by defeating them, but it is not easy to rule there. In such a situation, Egypt and Israel agreed to come to the agreement table, in which America also helped.

Heads of state of Egypt and Israel received Nobel Prize
On the initiative of US President Jimmy Carter, Egyptian President Anwar Sadat met Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin at America’s Camp David. Talks took place and an agreement was reached. Two heads of state of different countries, who were always fighting each other, agreed on peace to such an extent that both of them were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize that year.

Actually, both Israel and Palestine had agreed that Gaza Strip would be given independence and the people of Gaza Strip would rule there, in which neither Israel nor Egypt would interfere, but this agreement was completely violated. It could not be implemented, because first through Mujamma al-Islamiya formed by Sheikh Ahmed Yasin and then through his armed organization Hamas, Israel maintained its occupation of the Gaza Strip.

Hamas rebels against Israel
When Hamas rebelled against Israel and challenged its own master, Israel made an agreement with the Palestine Liberation Organization and its leader Yasser Arafat. In the year 1993, PLO recognized Israel and considered it a separate country, while Israel also recognized PLO.

The agreement between these two was also made on the initiative of America, in which the then US President Bill Clinton himself was present. Even after this, many more agreements were made, in which talks took place between Israel and PLO, which seemed to establish peace in the whole of Palestine.

Israel gave up its control over Gaza Strip in 2004
However, by 2004, Israel realized that it was in its best interest to leave the Gaza Strip, because on the one hand, the population of the Gaza Strip is continuously increasing, and Israel has to spend money and resources to control it. Have to do. From time to time, it was also being challenged by Hamas, due to which Israel’s troubles were increasing instead of decreasing.

The result was that in 2004, the then Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon decided to pull out of the Gaza Strip. He left Gaza in the hands of the Palestinian Authority and said- “This is a decision that is good for Israel’s security, international position, economy and the Jewish people living in Israel.”

At the time Ariel Sharon took this decision, about 1.3 million people lived in the Gaza Strip. Of these, about 99.06 percent were people who were Palestinians and only 0.04 percent were of Jewish origin. Therefore, Israel did not face any problem in vacating Gaza. The population of its people was less than 10 thousand and Israel expelled all those people from Gaza and shifted them to different places in its country.

Finally, on September 15, 2005, Israel completely evacuated Gaza. On that date, not a single Israeli Defense Force soldier was present in Gaza.

Now the fight for occupation of Gaza Strip has started again
18 years have passed since this happened. Gaza, whose power was handed over by Israel to the Palestinian Authority 18 years ago. Within two years, in 2007, Hamas snatched it and captured it itself. 16 years have passed since then and during this time Hamas has increased its power to such an extent that it has attacked Israel itself.

Now once again Israel has to fight the battle to capture the same Gaza, which it had vacated of its own free will, but this time the capture is difficult, because Hamas is standing in the way of capturing Gaza, which is being controlled by people from Iran to Malaysia. All the Islamic countries are helping with both money and weapons.
