Palestinian Boy Killed In America: A US landlord was charged with murder and a hate crime on Sunday for attacking a Muslim woman and a six-year-old child with a knife dozens of times. According to a statement issued by the Will County Sheriff’s Office in Illinois, the child was stabbed 26 times and died in the hospital. However, the 32 year old woman is still in the hospital.

The sheriff’s office did not provide further information about the nationalities or identities of the victims. However, the Chicago office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has described the child as an American of Palestinian origin. Officials said that the child’s mother had called the police and informed that their landlord was beating them. The name of the landlord is Joseph Juba. His age is 71 years.
Both victims were found with multiple stab wounds to their chest, torso and upper limbs, the sheriff’s statement said. The statement said that during the postmortem, a 7-inch long military knife was taken out from the child’s stomach.
When the police reached the spot, they saw the accused Juba sitting on the ground in front of his house. There were injury marks on his head. He was taken to hospital before being charged with murder, attempt to murder and two counts of hate crime.
