According to news agency PTI, police found surveillance footage that showed a man entering the temple at 12:45 pm and stealing a large amount of cash from boxes kept for donations. The police statement said he fled the scene before security arrived. But some time later, around 1:30 a.m., he vandalized and entered another temple located in the area of ​​Brock Road and Durson Street in Pickering.

Thief carried out ‘break-and-entry’ incident in another temple also
A resident of the temple said that a person broke the window and tried to steal the safe in which the donated cash was kept. But he could not succeed in carrying out his nefarious act and ran away before the arrival of the police. All this is confirmed in the footage that the man is the same suspect who committed the earlier break-and-entry incident.

The matter does not stop here yet. The same morning, at around 2:50 am, the same man targeted and entered another temple in the area of ​​Westney Road South and Bailey Street West in Ajax. From there he steals a large amount of cash from the donation box.
