Israel Palestine Conflict: The Israeli army said on Friday (October 13) that its ground troops are operating inside the Gaza Strip for the first time. Israeli tanks have entered Gaza. According to news agency Reuters, Israel said that its infantry and tanks conducted raids inside the Gaza Strip on Friday (October 13). This is the first announcement of Israel’s ground campaign against Hamas.
About a week ago (on the morning of October 7), Hamas had launched a deadly attack on southern Israel. The war has continued since then. The Israeli Air Force had been bombing Gaza for almost a week, now the ground army has also taken charge.
