Israel Hamas War: Canadian PM Justin Trudeau has reacted for the first time regarding the Israel-Hamas war. PM Trudeau has described the surprise attack by Hamas on Israel and infiltration of fighters on Saturday (October 7, 2023) as a ‘terrorist attack’.
Giving information through a tweet on social media platform talked to.” He wrote, “We also talked about India and the importance of maintaining the rule of law.”
The Canadian Prime Minister’s office said in a statement issued on Sunday that the terrorist organization Hamas has planned and carried out a major attack against Israel.
‘All international partners should come together’
The PM’s office said, Canada strongly condemns such attacks and supports Israel. The kind of scenes we have seen are horrifying and shocking. We are fully aware of this type of violence. We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the attack. We want all the people held hostage (by Hamas) to be released immediately. We are in touch with international partners to restore peace and security in this area. All stakeholders must come together to protect civilians.

America sent help
Hamas has taken hostage more than 100 people from Israeli territory, many of them have been killed, many are still alive. It is believed that in exchange for these people, Hamas will bargain with Israel for the release of Palestinian prisoners.
Hamas has also killed four American citizens so far. The American government has supported Israel and has also sent many weapons to Israel. America has also told Israel that it will send more weapons when the time comes.
