Israel Palestine Conflict: After the attack by Hamas on Israel, new flames of violence have started rising in the Palestine-Israel area. What did the Muslim countries say?
Saudi Arabia’s reaction first came to light after the Hamas attack in Israel. Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Ministry issued a statement appealing to both sides to exercise restraint. He said that he is constantly monitoring different fronts of violence being caused by Palestinian groups and the Israeli-occupied territory.
Saudi Arabia said, “We have been warning Israel about the recent situation in view of its continued occupation, depriving the Palestinians of their ‘legitimate’ rights.”
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held discussions with several Muslim countries amid the Israel-Palestine conflict. The Foreign Minister said that he will try to reduce the Israel-Palestine conflict.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had asked both countries to exercise restraint and strongly condemned the deaths on either side. Turkey’s Foreign Ministry said, “We emphasize that no one benefits from incidents of violence.”
The ministry said, “Turkey is always ready to provide help so that the matter stops here. We are in touch with both sides in this regard. Relations between Turkey and Israel have not been good in the past, because Turkey has always supported Palestine. Apart from this, Turkey has also been refusing to recognize Hamas as a terrorist group.”
It is noteworthy that Turkey and Israel had restored relations after four years of diplomatic tension. Turkey has always dominated Israel on the Palestine issue.
Iran’s stance?
Relations between Iran and Israel have never been in good times till now. According to IANS news agency, Rahim Safavi, advisor to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has supported the Hamas attack. He said, “We congratulate the Palestinian fighters. We are with the Palestinian fighters until the freedom of Jerusalem and Palestine.”
What do other Muslim countries, including the United States of America, say?
The Foreign Ministry of the United Arab Emirates has appealed to stop violent tension between Israel and Palestine. The United Arab Emirates said, we appeal for restraint to avoid serious consequences of violence and appeal for an immediate ceasefire.
Pakistan has also reacted on Israel Palestine. Pakistani acting Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar has expressed deep concern over the increasing violence in Israel-Palestine. He also emphasized on the ‘Question of Palestine’ and underlined its need.

The Egyptian Foreign Ministry has expressed deep concern over the conflict. Along with this, the ministry has called that any kind of casualties should be avoided in the future. Qatar has held Israel solely responsible for the attack. However, Qatar has also appealed to both sides to exercise restraint.
