Who handles which wing
The most important part of Hamas is the Politburo, which has 15 members. The head of the Politburo is Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh. The Politburo itself makes the strategy of Hamas. Its leaders sit in other countries and control the entire organization. These members are the heads of different wings of the organization. There are two wings associated with the Politburo, Delegation Aboard and Shura Council. The Shura Council is a consultative body that selects the members of the Politburo. There are four wings associated with the Shura Council – West Bank Affairs, Imprisoned Members Affairs, Gazan Affairs, Palestine Diasporic Affairs.
