Hezbollah Israel Conflict: Many areas of the Middle East have been in war zone for the last 7 days. At present, it is difficult to predict what will happen in the areas of Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq and Israel-Palestine. Israeli army is continuously carrying out air strikes. However, the attacks on Israel are not stopping. After Hamas, now terrorist organization Hezbollah is firing rockets. While Hezbollah’s army is raining gunpowder on the Lebanon border, Israel is also retaliating. The question is, how did Hezbollah come into the war between Hamas and Israel?

This is not the first time that Israel and Hezbollah are face to face. There was a month long war between Hezbollah and Israel 17 years ago i.e. in 2006. However, the enmity between the two is much older than this. Israel occupied southern Lebanon in 1978. There was tremendous anger in Lebanon against this occupation. From here Hezbollah came into existence against Israel. Then gradually it started expanding.

What is Hezbollah?

Hezbollah is a terrorist organization. The Government of Iran and the Revolutionary Guards of Iran made it. Its main objective is to fight against Israel. Its second objective is to spread the Islamic revolution that took place in Iran to other countries. In 1994, Hezbollah was involved in the bombing of a Jewish community center in Argentina, which killed 85 people. Hezbollah was also accused of bombing the Israeli embassy in London.

The war lasted for a month

Southern Lebanon was occupied by Israel, from which Israel officially withdrew in the year 2000. Despite this, the fight between the two continued. In 2006, there was a month-long war between Hezbollah and the Israeli army.

Hezbollah has 120,000 to 130,000 missiles. These also include long-range missiles that can reach Israel. Is an anti-tank weapon. There are also a large number of drones, advanced anti-ship missiles, advanced anti-aircraft missiles and air defense systems.

Who is the leader of Hezbollah?

The chief of Hezbollah is Syed Nasrullah, many western countries have declared him a terrorist. After the formation of Hezbollah in 1982, Nasrullah’s activism also increased. Meanwhile, in 1992, Hezbollah chief Sheikh Abbas al-Musawi was killed in an Israeli attack. After this, Syed Hasan Nasrullah was made the Supreme Commander i.e. Secretary of Hezbollah.

When Israel had to retreat from southern Lebanon in 2000, Nasrallah’s popularity among his own people increased even more. Amidst the Hamas-Israel war, Hezbollah seems to be providing cover to Hamas. Hezbollah is instigating Muslim countries against Israel and inciting attacks.
