Israel Hamas War: Hamas has warned Israel that it will have to face consequences if it continues air strikes on the Gaza Strip. Hamas has told Israel that if it continues to carry out surprise attacks on homes in Gaza, it will publicly hang one Israeli hostage for every attack. Actually, Israel has deployed 3 lakh reserve forces in Gaza area.
According to the Times of Israel, for the first time since the Yom Kimor War in 1973, Israel has deployed such a large number of reserve forces. According to Israeli TV channels, the number of Israeli civilians killed in Hamas attacks has reached 900, while the number from both sides combined has crossed 1500.
Israeli PM vowed to take revenge
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave a speech regarding the attack by Hamas and the taking of Israeli citizens hostage. He swore during the speech that he would take revenge from Hamas for the deaths of the children and others. He said, “This evil enemy wanted war and he will get war.” In his address to the nation, the Israeli PM said, “Israel is standing in the middle of a war, but we did not want war. War has forced us to be barbaric. We did not start the war, but we will end it.”
He said, “We thank US President Biden. We want to thank the leaders around the world who are standing with us in such bad times. Israel is not only fighting Hamas, but is fighting all those countries. Which promote barbarism.”
