Pakistan Hafiz Saeed: The end has begun for Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) chief Hafiz Saeed, who was on the top of the list of the world’s most dreaded terrorists. 3 days ago, news was coming that Hafiz Saeed’s son Kamaluddin Saeed was kidnapped by miscreants in Peshawar. On the other hand, yesterday i.e. on September 30, Mufti Qaiser Farooq, a close associate of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET), was shot dead by unknown gunmen in Karachi, Pakistan.

Hafiz Saeed is considered the mastermind behind the 26/11 attacks in India. Earlier this month, another cleric associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba, Maulana Zia ur Rehman, was also shot dead by two bike-borne assailants in Karachi. Due to this, a video related to the attack is also going viral on social media, in which a bullet has been fired.

Lashkar-e-Taiba’s founder also dies

According to the report, terrorists have been dying in Pakistan for the last several years. Hafiz Abdul Salam Bhuttavi, another founding member of Lashkar-e-Taiba, was also involved. He had also worked as the second-in-command of the terrorist group. Bhuttavi was about 80 years old. He helped prepare the terrorists who carried out the 2008 Mumbai attacks.

According to a report in Hindustan Times, Bhuttavi died of a heart attack in a jail in Sheikhupura, Punjab province of Pakistan. In August 2020, an anti-terrorism court in Lahore sentenced him to 16 and a half years in jail in a terrorist financing case.

Murder of people associated with ISI
Earlier, another person associated with ISI, Paramjit Singh Panjwar was also killed. Paramjeet Singh was the leader of Khalistan Commando Force. Hizbul Mujahideen suffered a blow in February when its launch commander and close aide of Syed Salahuddin, Bashir Peer, was killed by unidentified assailants near the ISI headquarters and military post in Rawalpindi.

The attackers shot him from close range, due to which he died on the spot. Following these recent killings, Pakistan’s ISI has moved many of its assets to secure locations, causing unease in the country’s military-industrial complex. The killings of Lashkar operatives Abu Qasim Kashmiri in Rawalkot and Qari Khurram Shahzad in Nazimabad in September, respectively, made the need for caution in protecting these assets even more apparent.

Hafiz Saeed’s Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist organization
Hafiz Saeed’s Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) organization is considered a terrorist organization by India, America, European Union, Australia and Russia along with the United Nations. Hafiz Saeed is the main conspirator in the 26/11 attacks in India.

In the attack on 26 November 2008, 166 people including 18 security personnel were killed, while more than 300 people were injured. Citizens of many countries were among those killed. India also presented many types of evidence to Pakistan regarding this, which the Pakistani government refused to accept.
