Balochistan Suicide Attack Latest Update: Pakistan Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir on Friday informed about the double terrorist attacks in Pakistan that the people who carried out these incidents have nothing to do with religion and ideology. He said that the agencies of the country have sworn that they will not rest until terrorism is eliminated.

Last Friday, a suicide attack was carried out in Balochistan targeting a procession celebrating the birthday of Prophet Muhammad near the Mastung Madina Mosque, in which 60 people were killed and at least 60 were injured. The second bomb blast was carried out on the mosque of a police station in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In this blast, the roof of the mosque collapsed, in which 5 people were killed and 12 people were injured.

Army chief blames foreign forces

Pakistani Army Chief reached Quetta on Saturday after two bomb blasts one after the other. Commenting on this matter, the media wing of the Pakistani Army said that behind the incidents are people who are financed by foreign governments and have nothing to do with Islam. He further said that these terrorists and their associates have no connection with religion and ideology. They are the enemies of Pakistan and the people of Pakistan.

We will not rest until terror ends.

Pakistani Army Chief said, ‘Our campaign to end terrorism will continue without any interruption. Our agencies and armed forces will not rest until terrorism is eliminated from the country. He further said that no organization has yet taken responsibility for the attack in Balochistan. Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), responsible for some of the most brutal attacks in Pakistan, has denied any involvement in both the blasts.

386 Pakistani army have lost their lives in the year 2023

According to the report of a think tank, Pakistani security forces have seen the highest number of casualties in the last 8 years. In the 9 months of 2023, about 386 Pakistani soldiers have lost their lives in such attacks.
