Human Right Watch Concern Of White Phosphorus: Human Rights Watch accused Israel of using white phosphorus by the Israel Defense Forces during military operations in Gaza and Lebanon. “This puts civilians at risk of serious and long-term injuries,” Human Rights Watch said.
