Nepal Earthquake: Strong earthquake tremors were felt in Nepal on Tuesday (3 October). The earth shook four times within about an hour. Due to this many buildings have been damaged. The earthquake was felt in Bajhang-Chainpur and surrounding states of neighboring India. Due to the earthquake in Nepal, tremors were also felt in Delhi-NCR, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan.

According to local media, earthquake tremors were also felt in Nepal’s capital Kathmandu. In Nepal, people who came out of their homes and offices in panic said that they felt tremors for about 30 seconds.

Earthquake tremors were felt four times within an hour in Nepal. The first earthquake of 4.6 magnitude occurred at 2:25. The second shock of 6.2 magnitude was felt at 2:51 pm. The third tremor of 3.6 magnitude occurred at 3:06 pm and the fourth tremor of 3.1 magnitude was felt at 3:19 pm.

First shock – 2:25 pm – intensity 4.6

Second shock – 2:51 pm – intensity 6.2

Third shock – 3:06 pm – intensity 3.6

Fourth shock- 3.19 pm – intensity 3.1
